Alice Salthouse (née Dickson; 1595 – ????) was the 10th great-grandmother of Cometan, classified as one of Cometan’s distant maternal ancestors in the Prescott family line. Born in Poulton-le-Fylde, Lancashire, Alice was the wife of John Salthouse (1627 – 1687) whom she married on 25th June 1634. Her parents were named Robert Dickson and Ellin Lanson.
