Astronism in Lesotho refers to the presence of the Astronist philosophy and religion in the Kingdom of Lesotho. The operations of the Astronist Institution in this country are under jurisdiction of the Astronist Superiate of Lesotho, a national subsidiary of the worldwide Astronist Institution.
The Astronist Superiate of Lesotho oversees the construction and maintenance of observatories and planetariums throughout its jurisdiction. Lesotho is split into ten districts and is set to hold one Grand Observatory in the capital city of Maseru, which will be one of only two observatories in the kingdom.
This national branch of the Astronist Institution manages the official representation and depiction of Astronism throughout this territory, including efforts to protect the identity of the philosophy with the intention of further disseminating it throughout the territory.
It is the Institution alone that is granted the status of proprietor to the philosophy in this territory as any other organisations or institutions proclaiming such a role are deemed as unauthorised proprietors and are therefore considered as part of the anti-Institutionist movement.

History of Astronism in Lesotho[]
Astronism is currently not recognised as a valid religion in Lesotho by the government there as of December 2020 and the Astronist Institution reported 591 Astronists living inside Lesotho in its late 2020 Demographics of Astronism report. Currently not Astronist materials have been accurately or completely translated into Sesotho, the most widely spoken language in Lesotho.
