Cometan Achieves His Master's Degree is a notable image of Cometan taken on 16th September 2021 on the day of his official graduation ceremony for his master's degree from the University of Central Lancashire. Although Cometan had actually graduated a year earlier from his master's degree in September 2020, the ceremony itself had been postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ironically, Cometan had almost complete the first year of his doctoral degree by the time his master's graduation ceremony took place. This image was taken of Cometan by a professional photographer from Tempest Photography just prior to the ceremony inside the Foster's Building at the University of Central Lancashire's Preston campus.
As the fiftieth notable image, it succeeds Cometan's Cambridge Visit and precedes Parisian Cometan. This notable image was so designated by the Astronist Institution on 18th October 2021.
