Direct divinity, cosmic divinity, or to be directly divine, refers to the notion that The Cosmos as a whole, as well as its progeny and its phenomena collectively and individually, all hold some direct resemblance to The Divine that is closer to it than that of humanity. This state of direct divinity is an ontological state, or a state of being that is not shared by cosmic products, of which humanity is an example. It is from this notion that the belief in subordinationism emerged.

Directness of divinity[]

The directness of divinity is the parameter by which a progeny's direct or indirect divinity is established.
