Empirical Astronism is a prominent form of Astronism identified by scholars as having removed all elements of Astronism that cannot be verifiably proven to exist or to have occurred. A controversial form of the organised philosophy, it is characterised by an unwavering affirmation for Astronists to only believe in aspects of Astronism that have been proven and therefore to disregard all aspects that either have not been proven or are only dependent upon logic.
It is contrasted with Rational Astronism, but is perhaps most opposite to Superstitious Astronism and Spiritual Astronism.
