The First Vicinal Assembly was a council of seven philosophers, academics and space activists of the Space Renaissance and Space Philosophy movements that was convened on 25th April 2021. Its primary goal was to discuss the ongoing trends in space philosophy and religion and to discuss the viability for consensus on the concept of vicinalism. Cometan's message at the assembly primarily focused on the "unity of cosmocentric thinkers."
This vicinal assembly was later broadcast as the fourth episode of Season 2 of A Conversation with Cometan.
