In Meta-Astronism, neutramonia, neutramonium, or neutramoniality, is an official position or stance of post-omnidoxical Cometanic origin taken by the Astronist Institution as the representative for Astronism on a range of social issues. It consists of the notion that a continual discussion of social issues is required to formulate an opinion on such issues for a particular time. Essentially, neutramonia advocates for a continual debate on issues while it encourages branches of Astronism to take resolute stances on issues rather than Astronism as a whole.

Neutramonia is arguably a product of the amoralist nature of Astronism as well as its disposition to act philosophically rather than religiously.
