In Institutiology, nominal collectivity is a phrase used to describe one of three ontologies of the Astronist Institution (the others being Astronia and Padroncy). It refers to the term Astronist Institution as being purely nominal or titular in effect and has the actual Institution as being a collection of national legally-registered organisations (known as superiates) that, in conjunction with the other two ontologies, form the denomination that is the Astronist Institution.
