Non-theistic naturalism is one of the three major orientations within the naturalistic worldview forming a middleground between atheistic naturalism and theistic naturalism, the latter of which is affirmably upheld by the Millettarian Tradition. As distinct from these two other orientations, non-theistic naturalism provides neither an existential creator role for God, as in the theistic naturalist understanding, and nor does it deny the existence of God, as in the atheistic naturalist belief.
