Phulularity, or to be phulular relates to that which is a means to achieve a more desired state or one's true ambitions. Therefore, a person's phulular career is distinct from their vocular career in that the former refers to a person's job that isn't necessarily resemblant of their true dreams and passions while to be in a state of vocularity is being able to support one's through one's true passions, ambitions, and vocation.
