Propenology is the discipline of study within Astronist theology dealing with natural, preternatural, and supernatural abilities associated with particular individuals, each of which are referred to as propensities. In a wider context, especially in the Astronist philosophy of religion, it involves the study of all abilities exhibited by saints and deities, examples of which include Christophany or the propensity of bilocation.
