A sopharium is a collective term relating to any type of building associated with the Astronist religion, mainly including planetariums and observatories. The term itself therefore serves as the most convenient term to refer to such buildings in a general sense.

Sopharial orientation[]

Two types of sophariums:

  • Pro-oriented - with significant positioning in relation to astronomical observation
  • Non-oriented - without significant positioning
