The soteriology of Astronism, often referred to as the Astrosoteriology, is the Astronist system of salvation as conceived through the Astronist religion and is studied by the dispositional discipline of Astronist soteriology. Astronism's soteriology is centred around the concept of transcension; that is, the salvation and realisation of humanity through the cultivation of collective astrosis, as powered through the Humanic Exploration of The Cosmos.
Salvation in Astronism is split into three categories:
- Astrosis – personal, particular salvation
- Cosmosis – natural, universal salvation
- Transcension – collective, particular salvation
In this context, the word "particular" means to suggest that a person (or people) must conduct certain acts in order to achieve said type of salvation.
