Stellancy is the attribute of a person as being proximate to the astronomical world, a trait deemed with the highest regarded in the Astronist belief system. Increasing and cultivating stellancy is understood as the means by which transcension is achieved, whether by all humanity or personally (called astrosis).
Stellancy is regarded as bestowed either through physical objects called instruments, through practices called compliments, or through engagement with a series of Astronist concepts called conferments. These conferments are given prime importance in their assurance of achieving stellancy.
