Urthesis, as contrasted with posthesis, when considered together, form a post-omnidoxical concept of Cometanic origin involving the notion that one's first thought of the day and one's last thought of the day not only demonstrate the two most important thoughts out of all the thousand thoughts we experience, but that they oneself for who one is and our true characteristics.
Do we think of oneself in these two thoughts or are we thinking of others. This has formed an entire philosophical debate which has come to be known as chronophilosophy.
